Baltic Sea Sprat
Brisling is a small fish that traditionally was landed in great numbers along the Scandinavian and Baltic coastlines. Here it was prepared by hand, lightly smoked with heather and chamomile, and preserved in rapeseed oil tins to be served as a Nordic version of sardine. Enjoy with crackers or on their own. We love these!
